autoscroll in Moz 1.4

Any idea how to turn off autoscroll in Moz 1.4? When I use the arows to move around it keeps scrolling and I want it just one line at a time. If it autoscrolls down I can hit the up arrow a few times but it is slow to stop (if at all).
