automatical feeding of login info in to a site

Hello all,
I have asked this question in the security fourm, but no one responded.

In Our organization, 40 PCs are connected to the Internet through squid proxy.
We have given access to a paid site, of which each hit will be paid.
The access to that site is restricted to registered users. Since there is a chance of misuse, we cannot give the password to any users.

How can we automatically feed the login info to the site?
I am not asking u about configuring password managers for 40 PCs.

( My idea is to put a link to the paid site in our site. The URL should be equal to the url created by submit procedure of uid and password tothe paid site, but how?)

Eagely waiting for the reply
