automatic slit app start-blackbox -login

Hello.

I am running BlackBox as window manager and having trouble getting slit apps to start automatically on log in...

Right now when i log in i must run all the slit programs manually so they would start and get docked...
Is there a way to automatize this, so when i log in the slit start as well? (cause i am to lazy to start them every time

)
I haven't been able to do it with script...

if you have ~/.xinitrc, add lines to launch the programs above the final line that launches Blackbox.

for example:

wmxmms &
gkrellm -w &

exec blackbox

As an alternative, you might try Fluxbox, which adds a file called apps. This file will allow you to launch dock apps on fluxbox startup without launching them if you decide to use a wm that doesn't have a slit.
