Automated Regular uploading to FTPS(Fastmail)...

So, in returning to Ubuntu, I lost my nifty nightly backup solution for my written documents to my Fastmail filespace. They have FTPS and DAV but no SFTP, and I would like to upload an entire directory nightly. I don't know how to have this automated, or at least done on boot. Been looking and don't know what the first step is.

Everything I read seems to point to rsync, but at the sametime, I can't tell if it'll work with FTPS, but not SFTP, it seems to me that it doesn't.
