Autocad program for Ubuntu??

Is there a high quality AutoCad-like program for Ubuntu??
I would like a program for "2D and 3D design and drafting".

Haven't tried them, but google cad programs linux yielded the following:

seems like qcad has been around for awhile..

For running Autocad on Wine/linux, there is a thread over on the news group.

There is also quite a comprehensive list of CAD tools on called the "The LUnIx Linux CAD Links". It lists commercial and free tools alike.
