AutoCAD Equivalent Software

Does anyone know of a CAD software for Linux that will accept my LISP programs and my menus from AutoCAD? I have looked at BricsCAD but it is a Windows application ported over to run with Wine. I am trying to change our Engineering Department to Linux but am finding it hard to get AutoCAD to work in Wine. It will install and run but I can't get it to accept my menus or LISP routinre.

Personal opinion. Look at LinuxCAD and GraphiteOne.
