Unhappy AutoCAD and 3d MAX in Linux


Hi, I had changed my workstation to ubuntu recently but i did not find to AutoCAD or any similary program to Ubuntu. how can I install AutoCAD or exist another sw that it is similary to AutoCAD?

I'm not sure if it works, but you might want to try install your Win programmes with wine. You can then run them in Linux without having the need for a partition with windows.

QCAD might be of interest, but it's definitely not AutoCAD.

Search these forums for AutoCAD theres been tons of alternatives posted in the past. wether they will meet your needs or not is something you will need to determine.
