authenticating nt users in Samba?

I have a Windows 2000 domain controller, which also acts as a file server, with about 120 users or so, and I bought a new server and loaded RH9 with Samba 2.2.7a, and want to use this as the file server.

Is there a way I can make the file security, relate back to the domain controller? I don't want to have to go to the redhat server, and re-create everybodies account, but I need permissions, so it can't just be open.
