authconfig-tui for debian

I've been researching on the implementation of LDAP and RADIUS. I've read in one of the how-to that I need to use the command "authconfig-tui" to configure nsswitch.conf to use LDAP. However, debian doesn't have it. The command is not in the synaptics. Can you please tell me how to install it or at least teach me how to alter nsswitch to input the LDAP server. Thanks in advance.
