audiocd burning problem, whole system hangs while burning


hey,
everytime i wanna burn an audio cd with gtoaster or gcombust(which should be the same problem because they use same software) the whole system crashes, and i have no idea why, maybe some unstable version of the audio burning programm or something?

I have encountered the same problems. This was fixed by formatting my computer and doing a clean install of linux. It also depends on the brand of your burner. I use a 52X tdk cyclone drive.

There are also some utilities you can download to burn with.
