Audio File conversion .m4a to .mpeg

I have a bunch of audio tracks would like to brinmg over4 from Apple Uitunes into banshee ( o running on ubuntu). Is there a guied utility to do this conversion or do i have to recompile my whole intire library via downloadin each terack via frostwire?

You can convert them with audiokonverter which you should install with your package manager so that the dependencies are installed as well.
