Attempting to access Live Stream videos, live, and having challenges
Opsys: Linux Mint 17-1
Browser: Firefox
Internet: DSL, local ISP, download speed 12meg
Whenever I access LiveStream Video in live mode, I only get about 15-18 seconds of live feed, then LiveStream goes into buffer mode and will not buffer.
I can watch videos in archive mode correctly, and I can use YouTube downloader for all YouTube or Live Stream archives.
Am I missing something.. ? I have tried for weeks to find a solution.

Are you using 64 bit Mint Linux or 32 bit Mint Linux. I ask because in my 64 bit linux installs.
I use Opera Developer Browser and watch stream videos OK even on my poor ISP provider Windstream which is
known for poor internet speeds out here in the desert.

Edit: OK. I see 64 bit in your profile so OK.
Another thing I did recently was make my default player on youtube html5 instead of flashplayer also.
Since youtube changed to html5.

To affirm what is happening with Live Stream videos.
As I stated earlier, it is ONLY the live online LiveStream videos that are affected in Firefox browser. All other venues work fine. Archived LiveStream videos, and all other such as YouTube, UStream videos, etc., operate correctly.
Just online live LiveStream videos work for about 15-18 seconds, then go into buffer mode. In order to continue, I have to pause the video and then restart, and then it continues for another 15-18 seconds, and goes again into buffer mode.
I have tried everything I know, even uninstalling Firefox, reinstalling.
I would like to know if anyone has experienced this phenomena.
