ATi's driving me crazy...

Hi all!!!
I was used to have 3D accel on my RH9 box, using 3.7.0 drivers and getting around 2100fps on glxgears and my Radeon 9500.

But today i just decided to give a shot to 3.7.6 drivers, which gave me a really poor permormance. So i decided to switch to the previous driver.

All instalation went good, fglrx module is loaded and i got 3D accel again, the only point is, that on glxgears i get 274fps with a 100% CPU load....UT2003 is working great, just as before upgrading/downgrading drivers.

What matters me most, is that high CPU load everytime i run an OpenGL game. I tried to install again drivers like 4 times, i even recompiled the kernel and i've been browsing this forum with guides on how to install and the result is the same.

What the hell is going on???

Any help is MORE than appretiated
