aterm startup commands

hi

i saw on this screenshot: http://fluxbox.sourceforge.net/zoom....o_fluxbox2.jpg

to the right he has aterm with no borders, transparency, no scrollbar etc

i can get it with transparency and scrollbar working but not without the rest in fluxbox? anyone help me with the startup commands please

The borders are removed with the window manager...in this case it was Fluxbox development (doesn't work with 0.1.14)
