Question ata-100 raid and redhat 7.1

I have win98 on a ata-100 raid array (mirroring) and a second (third actually) where I would like to install redhat 7.1 the hard drive I am installing it to is also ata-100. I understand that 7.1 will work with ata-100 but not raid on ata-100 my question is this:
if I set the bios to boot from the linux drive using lilo will it be able to boot into windows or will it not be able to see that they exist? if it can't see them then what can I do to get around this? any help would be great
