Asterisk@home - setting up a Trunk

Ok...I finally got a modem working (external) and tested it from minicom (it's working perfectly).

The part I'm stuck at is creating a trunk. I'm not so sure what kind of trunk I should be setting up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
