Aspell/Pspell installation problems

Hi All,
I have configured PHP on Free BSD and it was working fine without any problems anywhere.Yesterday i scheduled a cron job, which did not produce the required output.I verfied the log file and found it is getting triggered as scheduled but it was not giving the required output. Then i ran the following cron entry from the command line

/usr/local/bin/php /usr/home/teledata/shipstaff/members/create_mailids.php

and I had the following error:
can't resolve symbol: 'libspell_aspell_LTX_new_pspell_manager_class'

Initially PHP had been configured with Aspell library.
You can get a clear view of the settings at
So is it required to recompile this PHP or what other solutoin do u suggest . There is defnitely an problem with Aspell library installation ,bcoz when i try calling the functions provided by returns an error. So is it required to recompile this PHP or what other solutoin do u suggest
