aspell from command line?

I want to have something setup so if I type:

spell arvark

it checks the word, realizes it isn't spelled right and suggest something (i.e. ardvark). I can make a shell script or alias or something, but don't know what to put there.

btw, this is on Madrake 9.1

Install the package dictd and then you will be able to do

dict word

to see if it is in the dictionary, and if it is not, it will suggest an alternative.

No definitions found for "ardvark", perhaps you mean:
web1913: Aard-vark
wn: aardvark
