As of X server 1.10 Xinerama and Composite no longer conflict?

According to the Wiki about Xinerama
Quote:

As of the 1.10 X server release, the Xinerama rendering multiplexer and Composite extensions no longer conflict.

So does this mean that if I use X 1.10 or later, Xinerama and compositing can work even over two GPUs?

I honestly cannot believe that there is little to no information/threads about this anywhere else. Threads about Xinerama and compositing have been around since the dawn of time and continue to come in dozens, and now that it's a possibility nobody says a word?

Well, it's like this, when there's a huge roadblock every screams, shouts and complains, but when you drive home and nothing gets in your way you don't think anything of it. That's normal, so you don't notice it.

Plus, I think that after all the fuss people have learned to work around it.

On the other hand, what did you really expect? A parade?

Does not work for me, I can say that. But it worked with 1 card and 2 screen in xinerama mode.
