are my ./configure arguments wrong?

I am trying to install gaim with ssl support so it will work with MSN. I want to use my ssl libraries(not sure if that is the right term) in mozilla. here is what I am putting in my ./configure

./configure --with-nss-libs=/usr/local/mozilla --with-nss-includes=/usr/local/mozilla --with-nspr-libs=/usr/local/mozilla --with-nspr-includes=/usr/local/mozilla

I have tried differnt combinations, also with quotes around my directorys. I am probably doing something really wrong. Trying to install on redhat

it installed fine on slackware with just ./configure and placing this line, /usr/lib/mozilla-1.4 in my /etc/ld.so.conf
