Is there a way to get it to work for RH Linux?

Well, I have no experience with Redhat, but I have had little joy getting my Jukebox FM recorder working under Mandrake 9.1.

When I plug it into USB, it does appear as a hard drive after a long time, but if I try to access the files through /mnt/removable (it's mount point), nothing much happens.

I can hear the HDD in the Jukebox whirring and clicking but nothing appears on Linux.

However, if I unplug the USB cable, suddenly all the folders appear on-screen. So, I plugged it back in and tried to open a folder, but again, it just hangs until I unplug the USB cable again, then suddenly the filenames appear

So it looks like some sort of problem communicating over USB. I've given up with it for now, because I don't really know where to start solving this type of problem. If you have any joy, let me know!
