Arab version of Windows in Linux

Recently I was guided to a website that I am fairly sure was in Arabic that offered a download of an OS that purported to be Linux but looked like and ran Windows programs. There was a discussion of whether it was a rip off of Windows or truly a Linux OS.

I have lost that bookmark and am wondering if anyone here can tell me where that was?

Nope, thats not it. The website was in Aribic (orange background and I think green text)and had an OS that looked like windows when booted, but was written in linux...or so they said.

I tried finding it with Google and had no luck whatsoever.

ReactOS is an open source operating system (under GPL, IIRC) built from the ground up to be compatible with Windows. it looks and feels similar to Win2k.

I am looking particularly for that one OS, it was an interesting adaptation and I want to look it over.
