Question apt-listbugs - how to get all bugs for all packages with new versions?

hi
With apt-listbugs I'm able to retrieve list of bugs for certain package.
When I try to do an upgrade apt warns me every time it meets a package with serious bugs.
Is there any way to list all serious bugs for all packages that are going to be upgraded before I run apt-get upgrade?
I found "apt" command for apt-listbugs. Looks promising, but have no idea how to use it. And all examples I googled-out are for one or a couple of specific package(s).

regards for all
