apt-get without internet connection
hello,
i would like to install some aps like file-roller. when ./configure it stops with an error message: gtk2.0 (and other packages) missing ... .
I tried apt-get and configured it locally. some packages are not on the cd, others are but are not being installed (zlib).
I use agnula 1.2 (debian based) and debian 3.0r2 cd1. On the debian cd there is gtk 1.2 only.
How can I install gtk 2.0?
Do I have to download it from the dist site and afterwards set apt-get to install from a particular folder (is this possible?)
thanks,
