Apt-get update, now MySQL is now Broken

We have a Debian box here that we use as a local group server.
Its primary function is as a file/print, web server. We run Samba, Apache, MySQL, PHP.

I had a very simple web app that queries a mysql db and displays some info. Last week everything was working fine.

Today web app no longer works. When clicking the "send" button on the form, it immediatelty reloads the form page rather than displaying any results. The PHP code for the web apps pages haven't changed.

What DID change though is on thursday, someone did and apt-get update.

Apache still works.
I CAN access the DB info from mysql command line.

We also have NetJuke running on that machine. That no longer works.

And Webmin give me an "Error - Access denied for 172.22.0.80"

I'm not quite sure where to hunt for this one.

Anyone have any thoughts?

New info...
If I connect to this page via lynx on the localhost and try to perform a query I get this message:
"Unexpected network read error; connection aborted."
