Arrow apt-get update - error

When i give "apt-get update" command, i got the following errors. How can i resolve it?

The key lines are these:
gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
Err feisty/main Sources
  Sub-process gzip returned an error code (1)

Failed to fetch  Sub-process gzip returned an error code (1)
It means that there's something wrong with this update file. It's been corrupted or something and can't be decompressed. Assuming you've tried running the update multiple times and always get the same error then the problem is probably on the server end and there's nothing you can do except wait for them to fix it.
