apt-get question

I have a lame distro (pingo linux) that is actually RH9 trying to be localised, and currently I'm pissed about it.

The packages are so outdated I'm having problems installing programs. why? because "they have to be localised before porting". FU!!! I'm not waiting 2 years for new packages!!!!!! ok.. Woosaaa.

The problem is that I want to download some new packages and they aren't there.

How can I set the apt-get to download the tree from RH, not the damn (not)keepers of this god forsaken distro?

P.S: No, I can't change distros yet, although I'm going to gentoo first chance I get.
