Apt-Get problems with Fedora 2

When using Apt-get to update the FC2, I get the following:

Code:
file /etc/makedev.d/alsa conflicts between attempted installs of MAKEDEV-3.3.13-1 and alsa-driver-1.0.4-1
How do I make apt either ignore this, or how can i get the files to install correctly?

Thanks....
