apt-get install samba (error report - need help)

I did a new install to HD, resored dpkg, apt-get -f install. On apt-get -f install, I get a message that the installation was delayed due to apt-utils not being enabled, however; no error message. When I try to apt-get install samba I get the following error message and no samba. Any help with this? (Feather Linux 0.6.0)

Unpacking samba (from .../samba_3.0.7-2_i386.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/samba_3.0.7-2_i386.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite `/usr/bin/testprns', which is also in package feather-samba
dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)
Errors were encountered while processing:
/var/cache/apt/archives/samba-common_3.0.7-2_i386.deb
/var/cache/apt/archives/samba_3.0.7-2_i386.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Are you getting the samba package from same source than
where you got the conflicting feather-samba package?
If yes, then there is a problem in the packaging. In that case you can
send bug-reports (to the place where you got the packages) and/or use other source (eg. debian proper).
If no, then you have to select which versions of packages you want to use.
