Apt alternative for Gnome update wanted (fedora)

Hello,

I've only come across one repository that supplies gnome updates via Apt and that is...

http://people.ecsc.co.uk/~matt/downloads/apt/

...however it is painfully slow and on my 1Mb connection I only ever seem to get a trickle in the thousands of bytes (yes I said just bytes, no kilo or mega here), plus it would stall for a large % of the time and just end up failing in others, whereas I can pull other stuff from other repositories at pretty much full speed.

Does anyone else get slow speeds from Ecsc? ^^^

I've tried source lists from places like...

www.xades.com/proj/fedora_repos.html

...but so far, I've not come across another repos that does Gnome updates

Does anyone know of an alternative?

Thanks in advance
