Dont, that's already in there, a rundown:
shows all running applications/apps/stuff with stats
shows all apps and what they're up to with the hard drive
shows what application/app is using the internet/network, what IP addresses are involved and how mucht traffic per application/thing is generated
shows just what is running at the moment, see something you dont like? Kill it (seriously, that's what the command is called
...)
