Question Appointments diary application

Hi,
I am looking for a web based application to create an online diary with appointments. I have looked at webcalender, but it does not provide the functionality which I am looking for.
I am looking for the following:

1: 10 minutes appointments time
2: Possible to have multiple columns in one row so that I can customize the appointments properly? I want something like:

------------------------------------------------
Name Time Person Phone No.
------------------------------------------------

3: ability to create different users with different rights to modify/delete/create appointments.

I will appreciate your help.

Thanks
Kapil
