Applications Missing In Gnome Menu

I am using Fedora 3 Final with Gnome 2.8, and something wierd has happened. I don't have an icon for adjusting the theme anymore. I think it was under preferences, but whatever submenu it was in, its gone now.

I think that either:
A.) I am missing the appropriate package
or
B.) I need to rebuild the foot menu.

Any ideas?

Okay guys when I put "preferences:/" in the run dialogue, I am able to access everything, so do I just need to rebuild my menu somehow?
