APCUPSD - apcaccess problems.
 
I have finally sorted eveything out,
It's quite sweet it even sents a mail out to say that the power has gone!

The only thing left to sort out is apcaccess.c.

SE:~ # apcaccess
FATAL ERROR in apcaccess.c at line 278
tcp_open: cannot connect to server localhost on port 3551.
ERR=Connection refused

This is funny because even in /etc/apcupsd/apcupsd.conf, this is not the port I've specified.

I think this means it's reading configuration from somewhere else...
It wouls be really nice to have extra info in these system messages.

The problem was here:
Netserver was set to off.
Changed that to on and it was fine!
