Question apache2 complains 'sysconfig.d/include.conf' not found

newly installed apache2 on my box suse9.1

# apache2ctl -k start
httpd2: could not open document config file /etc/apache2/sysconfig.d/include.conf

what can i do to fix it ?
i dont know how to write apache configuration files yet

i just bumped into this thread i noticed it was old... but here is the fix

/usr/sbin/rcapache2 start

execute this... it will generate the file.
