Apache redirect for sub domain

Hi Friend,

I need help for some apache configuration, i have 2 domain name on 2 different servers. so what i want is to redirect to that server as sub-domain of 1 server. as example

1st domain is 123yyy.com
2nd domain is y2k2.com

if some one click store on my site, i want to go to y2k2.com as a sub-domain(store.123yyy.com) of it or 123yyy.com/store,

which option is possible possible to do , please advice

Simplest is to create store.123yyy.com as a separate apache virtual host on whatever server you want and create a DNS entry for that subdomain.
