apache not serving to wan

I have had appache running and working on my system for about 3 months now. The
other day I noticed that It was not serving webpages over the WAN. I can how
ever look at my website locally on the machine it it running on. I checked to
make sure my firewall was still port forwarding to port 80 and it is. I checked
to make sure that port 80 was listening and it is

I use firestarter. Everything checks out ok with firestarter. I even reinstalled it.

I have though installed samba and configured swat a couple of days before I
noticed my webserver not working right. This is the only change I have done to
my system. Could My isp be blocking port 80 now? Is there a easy way of testing
this. My mail server is still working good I have no problems with port 25. I
have tried uninstalling and reinstalling apache. Anyone have any ideas about what
Is going on? Anyone have any ideas about how I can trouble shoot this
problem?

Thanks,AD
