Apache mod_proxy log

i have apache running in proxy mod sending requests to 3 different servers
all this works fine, but from time to time i get an error which was due to timeout set in apache http.conf that was resolved now the second part of my problem is there are some request that get to the proxy server but i cannot find them in the logs of the servers which the request is proxied to, so my guess is the are not getting there.
so my question is can i log the proxy details like where its going to either url or ip address or domain for destination server .

I am facing the similar issue......

Were you able to trace the cause? I have a similar setup like you had, lots of incoming requests to apache are not hitting the back server.

thanks in advance.
