from what i've seen, everything points to
webdav.org
therein lies my problem: i cannot access the site - "connection refused"...
i've been trying for the last 2 days, on multiple PCs, and in multiple locations, so i'm really guessing this is a problem with their site, and i post here
in hopes that someone knows a little more...
(i've also tried different browsers, i've tried with and without the 'www', and full url (
http://www.webdav.org/), and even pinged and gotten replies from webdav.org at 66.96.29.211, then tried to browse to that IP, and all i get is 'connection refused'!)
