Apache, forward requests to a vmware virtual machine
Hi Folks,
I have dynamic ip address and I so use dns service to do ip dns routing. I have a web site say: www.example.com - which goes to /var/www/html I have some virtual machines that do something like this: user1.example.com - goes to /home/user1/public_html user2.example.com - goes to /home/user2/public_html I use the httpd.conf file to do this. I have an internal server running on IIS (sorry!) My question, I'd like to add another virtual machine, say: iis.example.com Is there any way to have traffic on iis.example.com redirected to a different port on my internal network, e.g: iis.example.com -> 192.186.1.5:81 I'd really appreciate some ideas if anyone can help. Thanks, Hube |
Any ideas anyone... I'm sure this has to be possible somehow!
Thanks in anticipation. Hube |
