Unhappy Apache for Red Hat 9

How would I go about correcting this issue:

[root@luckyclay justin]# /sbin/service httpd start
Starting httpd: httpd: module "mod_perl.c" is not compatible with this version of Apache (found 20020628, need 20020903).
Please contact the vendor for the correct version.

hmmm...I would try and run the 'up2date' utility to get all the latest packages. That could be your problem.
