Apache does not start: .../mod_webapp.so: undefined symbol: ap_ctx_get

Hi,
I have the problem bellow when I try to start apache, does anyone please have a possible solution for it? I have never achieved to start it.
My distribution is RH EL 4 AS.

Syntax error on line 1108 of /export/manager/egsdp/local/etc/apache/apache.conf:
Cannot load /export/manager/egsdp/local/libexec/mod_webapp.so into server: /export/manager/egsdp/local/libexec/mod_webapp.so: undefined symbol: ap_ctx_get
./apachectl start: httpd could not be started

If you don't need this module, comment out the respective line from apache's conf. If you do need it, I guess you have to find another binary version that is compatible with your apache, or compile it from source.

I have commented many configuration lines and maybe it is a botch
