Apache Compile PHP4 help - Unable to locate your libmcal header files - mcal.h

Hi I am having trouble compiling this:

From the Apache Compile when I ran the:

./configure \
--with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs \
--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql \
--with-pgsql=/usr/local/pgsql \
...and so on....

I get this error:

...
checking for ldap_parse_reference... yes
checking for ldap_start_tls_s... yes
checking whether to enable multibyte string support... no
checking whether to enable multibyte regex support... no
checking for MCAL support... yes
configure: error: Unable to locate your libmcal header files - mcal.h should be in the directory you specify or in the include/ subdirectory below it - default search location is /usr/local

Is anyone familar with what mcal.h is? How can I fix this? Thank you in advance for any help.

I did a search but can't seem to find anything pertaining to this topic. Do you have a link? Thank you.
