apache and webmin - access denied?

I think I got apache and webmin set up, but I'm getting an access denied when I try to go to the webmin page. When I go to http://natezacserver.ath.cx I get the debian apache page, but when I go to https://natezacserver.ath.cx:10000/ I get the thing wanting to know if I should accept the certificate and then "Error - Access denied for 67.180.191.116" In xinetd I think access is denied from everything except local requests. I went through /etc/apache/httpd.conf but I can't find anything like that.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Apache and webmin are two different things. When you have trouble with webmin, look into webmin configuration files, not the apache ones.
