Apache and Firefox "Document contains no data" error.

I host a 4 site apache httpd server. All seem ok but one site. Every now and again I get Firefox telling me "Document contains no data". After a refresh the page loads.
Google suggests a corrupt Cache so Ive ive flushed this but still no luck. Besides I get the same error on my Laptop from time to time on the same site. Two machines with the same error?

Any idea's what this could be? Firefox issue maybe?

Apache v2.0.54
PHP v5.0.4

This happens on plain HTML pages too.
