apache "allow from" dns problem?
Hello, trying to restrict access to a specific host (with user authentication as well).
Got the .htaccess files in, the .httpd.conf <Directory/> stuff in.
If I use 'Allow from 192.168.0.10' in httpd.conf, everything works,
if I use a 'Allow from foo.bar.com' I get 'forbidden'.
FAQ page points to DNS misconfig, but dig resolves the name properly.
Any suggestions?

OK, FWIW, I found this to be a reverse DNS problem.
Specific problem was a typo in the zone file.
'.0.168.192.IN-ADR.ARPA' should have been
'.0.168.192.IN-ADDR.ARPA'
I now know to 'host 192.168.0.10' before I go on.
