if you currently have no idea HOW to set it up nor configure it nor lock it down
build everything from the source and install from source for the first 6 or 12 time you install it .
using the prebuilt will not save you time in configuring Apache,MySQL, PHP5,PhpMyAdmin,and then the CMS ( web site )
but only add time in learning HOW to set it up
