Apache-2.4 http://localhost/<application> displays only page source

I upgraded Slackware and httpd was upgraded to 2.4.x. I have two local applications; one displays properly, the other shows only the page source.

I removed Order and Allow from both httpd.conf and the included config file for the one application that displays only the page source rather than the login page.

My Web searches turn up no solutions. What might be causing this behavior?

Let's start with.

What language are the apps based on?
Are you trying to configure virtual hosts?

The language of the problem application is perl.

I'm on my way to a solution using the latest mod_perl version and upgrading all perl modules since Slackware-14.1 has a newer perl version than did -13.1.

Thanks,

Rich

Solution: ponce's latest mod_perl (2014-03-11) works with httpd-2.4.6. I upgraded all installed perl modules, but DBD::Pg needed to be separately forced. Now Ledger123 works once again.
