Apache 2.0 won't start


I use the script that restarts Apache. It works perfectly . This time it shutdown the Apache. I didn't have any problems with Apache 1.3. Any ideas what can causes that problem.

Stopping httpd: [ OK ]
resource(s) deleted
resource(s) deleted
resource(s) deleted
Starting httpd: (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:443
no listening sockets available, shutting down
[FAILED]

re apache

hi,
httpd daemon not shut down corectly you must kill httpd process, because stiil active on port 443 and you cannot start new daemon.
