Apache 2.0 for Mailman : not working

Hi,

I am trying to install mailman 2.1.18 with my apache installation on Centos 4.3. but my every try fails. It always give me Group Mismatch Error, no matter what I do.

Actually I have Apache configured with Virtual Host and thus I need it to run Mailman for all virutal host.

I found and applied all solution I found, that says to recomplie Mailman with same group as apache runs and remove write permission from Mailman folder and remove set-gid bit as well...
But to no use, No error log generate, nothing ..

Please guide
Thanks
